Couplers, fixing screws and nuts are not provided as standard and should always be ordered separately. On lengths of Light Duty 2″-6″couplers not required because the tray has a swaged edge.

RMS cable tray has been tested and are manufactured in accordance with BS EN 61537:2007.

Cable trunking is available in a variety of dimensions from 50mm x 25mm to 300mm x 300mm in 3m lengths as standard, variations available.

Both the lid and the body are supplied in 3m lengths as standard complete with couplers and all necessary fixing screws.

For single compartment trunking, a single coupler is provided. For multi-compartment trunking, a pair of fishplate couplers is provided.

As well as our standard turnbuckle we offer a screw fixing & tamperproof screws for security trunking.

Internal base 25mm, external base 46mm, distance between clips 23mm.

Both the lid and the body are supplied in 3m lengths as standard complete with couplers and all necessary fixing screws.

The gauge thickness increases with the size of the trunking and the finish used. Please contact us for more details.

RMS trunking is available Pre-Galvanised, Hot Dip Galvanised, Powder Coated, Weatherproof, Stainless Steel or Magnelis. We are one of very few manufacturers that can produce Hot Dip Galvanised trunking systems in 2m lengths. For more information go to our painting & finishing page.

RMS trunking systems meet the requirements of BS EN 500852-1: 2006 + A1:2011

1, 2, 3 & 4 compartment variations but we have the ability and capacity to manufacture bespoke products to client design. Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.

A range of widths from 50mm to 900mm and side heights of 35mm, 60mm, 110mm & 160mm. Other sizes are available on request.

Manufactured and constructed with a 50mm x 100mm mesh configuration, other sizes such as 50mm x 50mm alternatives are also available.

Yes or we can provide a full range of factory made bends.

Quick fit couplers or 4 part clamp kits must be ordered separately.

We offer both underscreed and flush floor trunking systems.

The plate to suit the 3 comp box is 185 x 87mm & the plate to suit the 4 comp box is 185 x 65mm.

The standard depth for screed boxes is adjustable 63mm-75mm and the cavity box is 90mm but other variations are available. Our sales team will be able to assist with drawings to your specifications. Circular floor boxes are also available.

2 comp – 215mm x 225mm /  3 & 4 comp – 305mm x 225mm.

Boxes can be manufactured to accept various types including carpet, terrazzo, marble and slate.

3m mains leads are provided as standard as well as data leads if the unit contains RJ45 data modules.

Supplied with a pair of G clamps to secure to the desk, alternatively adhesive pads can be used.

Yes; we can supply ladder in both 3 and 6 metre lengths.

No, it is always best to stick with all the same make so that all of the accessories and fixings fit correctly.

We make an extensive range of brackets and frames in our onsite fabrication shop, please contact our sales team with your requirements.

Yes; just specify what size you require and we can price accordingly.

Yes; we recommend our GRP range for marine environments and outdoors due to it’s non-corrosive properties GRP is a composite material made up of polyester resin reinforced with glass fibres. The glass fibres give the product its lightweight yet hardwearing qualities.

Yes; we supply stainless steel conduit in 20mm, 25mm and 32mm other sizes may be available on request please speak with our sales team.
